Our plant-based imprint, BenBella Vegan, has got some exciting project on the horizon—a revised and expanded edition of The China Study, a new China Study–compliant cookbook for families, a beautiful cookbook from a blogger-turned-author, and many more. One particularly notable title can now be included on this list:
The PlantPure Kitchen: 130 Mouthwatering, Whole Food Recipes and Tips for a Plant-Based Life, a followup vegan cookbook to The PlantPure Nation Cookbook, which itself was based on the hit documentary.
Like The PlantPure Nation Cookbook, The PlantPure Kitchen is a Campbell-family group effort: Kim Campbell, daughter-in-law of China Study author T. Colin Campbell, is back to develop more delicious vegan recipes with her daughter Whitney Campbell; Kim’s son, Colin, has taken the food photos inside, and T. Colin Campbell has written the foreword.
In The PlantPure Kitchen, Campbell builds on favorites from her last cookbook and shares tons of new recipes that will turn any plant-based eater into a chef with ease. With compassion for the challenges of following a plant-pure diet, Campbell lends advice about the best natural sweeteners, the most useful kitchen tools for plant-based cooking, vegan-friendly substitutions for making recipes gluten-free, and a whole lot more. We are thrilled to be publishing this title and I eagerly await its January 2017 release!
