Congratulations to the Stanford Inn by the Sea, which was recently named Winner of the 2016 Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence in the ‘Best Green Hotel’ category for Canada, USA, Mexico, and Central America!
The Stanford Inn by the Sea is located on the Mendocino coast and is notably the only vegan resort in the United States. Its owners, Jeff and Joan Stanford, opened as part of the resort the award-winning Ravens Restaurant, which serves high-quality whole, plant-based foods and has been lauded by the likes of O, The Oprah Magazine, Lonely Planet, The Los Angeles Times, and more. On February 9, BenBella will publish the duo’s debut cookbook, Dining at The Ravens, which will be part of the BenBella Vegan line, and feature over 150 delicious vegan recipes–with additional tips and plant-based inspiration that make the cookbook as charming and holistic an experience as the restaurant itself.
