Dr. Trevor Cates

Dr. Trevor Cates is author of the USA Today and Amazon bestselling book Clean Skin From Within and founder of TheSpaDr.com. She  received her medical degree from the National University of Natural Medicine and was the first woman licensed as a naturopathic doctor in the state of California. She has been featured on various TV shows, including The Doctors and Extra TV. Dr. Cates is host of the Hormones, Health and Harmony Docuseries and The Spa Dr. podcast and hosted the Public Television special, Younger Skin From Within. She currently lives in Park City, Utah where she helps patients from around the world, and she’s also the mother of three children ages 23, 20, and 15 plus one dog and two cats.

John Catsimatidis

John Catsimatidis was born on the Greek Island of Nisyros in 1948 and 6 months later his parents emigrated to New York City in search of a better life. During his senior year at NYU, with just 8 credits remaining, John dropped out to work in the grocery business full-time. By his 25th birthday he was already a success with 10 Red Apple Supermarkets scattered along Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper Westside.

Now, four decades later the Red Apple Group has evolved into a diversified corporation that has holdings in the energy, aviation, retail, and real estate sectors and over 8K employees, with approximately 2K located in New York City.

John is a firm believer in giving back to the community and has been a strong supporter of the Police Athletic League for nearly 30 years. He serves on the Board of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, the Hellenic Times Scholarship Fund, and over the years served in a variety of volunteer positions in the Greek Orthodox Church.

Vincent Cefalu

Vincent A. Cefalu was born and raised just North of San Francisco in Marin County, California. After a troubled youth and lackluster academic performance, He enlisted in the U.S. Marines where he spent 6 years in the military police and ultimately served in a classified Special Operations unit. The hook was set. Continuing to pursue his law enforcement career, he joined the Athens Ga. Police Department while finishing his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in hopes of securing a position in Federal Law Enforcement. After Being hired by and spending a couple years with the U.S. Customs Service chasing drug smugglers in S.
