A longtime Los Angeles resident, Adam Weisblatt is a proud son of the great state of Massachusetts, husband to Leah June and father to Owen Arlo, professional diner, and lover of lobster rolls, sherry, guitars, and antiques of all kinds. Since co-founding Last Word Hospitality as a consulting company in 2014, Weisblatt and his partners have now launched some of Southern California’s most beloved restaurants including, Found Oyster, Barra Santos, Queen’s Raw Bar + Grill, Hermon’s, Rasarumah, the Red Dog Pioneertown, and The Copper Room. Weisblatt is a board member of the Independent Hospitality Coalition.

Jill Weisenberger, MS, RDN, CDCES, CHWC, FAND, is an internationally recognized nutrition, diabetes and prediabetes expert. Through coaching, speaking, and working with the media, Jill empowers people to grab control of their health one lifestyle habit at a time. She is the author of several books including the new Prediabetes: A Complete Guide, Second Edition. She is also the creator and instructor of the digital courses Prediabetes Turnaround and the Prediabetes Meal Planning Crash Course.

Jill is a consultant and spokesperson to the food industry, as well as a panelist for the US News & World Report Best Diet Rankings. Steve Welch started his first big entrepreneurial success, Mitos, in 2001 with hardly a cent to his name. Without ever raising outside money Steve built Mitos into a global company in the biotech manufacturing field prior to selling it in 2007 at the age of 29 to a Fortune 500 company. Under Steve’s guidance, Mitos developed several critical innovations and patents which transformed the manufacturing process of biological drugs and vaccines and allowed Mitos to develop a global sales and distribution network.

Jernard Wells is an award-winning TV host, celebrity chef, and  bestselling cookbook author. He is the host of New Soul Kitchen and New Soul Kitchen Remix on CLEO TV and is best known from numerous Food Network shows. Wells is also a contributor on The Best Things I Ever Ate on Cooking Channel and Food Fantasies on Oprah Winfrey Network. He has worked with Tyler Perry, TV One founder Cathy Hughes, NBA Allstar Brandon Ingram, Tom Joyner, Bobby Brown, and Bel Biv Devoe, to name a few. Sarah Wells is a mom to two young girls and the CEO of a multi-million-dollar company that empowers working moms. As a leader in the mom and baby products industry, she has a direct line to tens of thousands of women as they return to work after having a baby, which provides her with unique insight into their struggles and successes as working moms. Sarah is a frequently called upon expert to present at workshops and to speak on podcasts for employers and teams about supporting working moms’ transitions back to work. Sarah holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Women’s Studies from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Women’s Studies from American University.
