Sara Roberts is President and CEO of Roberts Golden Consultancy, Inc. and a recognized thought leader and executive consultant on organizational culture and transformation. She and her team have lead large-scale transformations for nearly a quarter of the Fortune 100—including GE, McKesson, Bank of America, and more —as well as numerous other top brands and NGOs over the last decade.
