Scarborough, Maine, native Sabin Lomac is the cofounder of Cousins Maine Lobster, a start-up food truck business that has grown to over 75 units, including both gourmet food trucks and fast-casual restaurants. In 2012, he and his cousin, Jim Tselikis, opened a single food truck in Los Angeles, looking to bring the authentic Maine lobster experience from their childhood to the West Coast. After an endearing 2012 Shark Tank appearance that culminated in a partnership with Barbara Corcoran, the Cousins began franchising, bringing authentic Maine Lobster eats to unique neighborhoods across the US. Jim Tselikis, a Cape Elizabeth, Maine, native, is the cofounder of Cousins Maine Lobster, a thriving food truck and fast-casual restaurant business with over 75 locations. A 2008 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in political science, Jim left a successful career in medical device sales to launch a single food truck in Los Angeles with his cousin, Sabin Lomac, in 2012.
