Dr. Willie Jolley is a world renowned speaker, singer, author, and media personality. In 2017, he was named “A Legend of the Speaking Industry.” In 2005, he was inducted into the prestigious Speaker Hall of Fame, and He is the speaker who was chosen to replace the legendary Zig Ziglar on the national Get Motivated tour, upon Zig’s passing. Back in 1999, he was named “One of the Outstanding Five Speakers in the World and Motivational /Inspirational Speaker of The Year” by the 175,000 members of Toastmasters International. Dr. Jolley is the host of the #1 Motivational Show in America on Sirius XM, daily radio preceding Steve Harvey on WHUR FM and host of a popular podcast on IHeartRadio. Pamela Jones

Born and raised in a polygamous Mormon cult in Mexico, Pamela Jones escaped at age 34 with nothing but her children, the clothes on her back, and less than a fifth-grade education. After settling in Minnesota, she began cleaning houses with her youngest daughter strapped to her back. At the time of her escape, Pamela had only signed her name nine times: on each of her children’s birth certificates. Fast-forward to today and as the CEO of My Girls Cleaning, LLC, the multi-million-dollar company she founded in 2001, Pamela routinely signs dozens of checks every month as part of her thirty-five employees’ monthly payroll. Pamela lives in the Twin Cities with her husband, Rick, and where she’s a proud mom of nine and grandmother of 36.

A former bike mechanic with a BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College, Clay now resides in Brooklyn with his wife Emily and cat Ian. Jacquie Jordan, a graduate of West Point and Teacher’s College, Columbia University, is passionate about improving work through leader and organizational development. Jacquie cultivated this passion while serving as a logistics officer in the US Army, including assignments as an assistant professor at the United States Military Academy, a tour with the United States Army Special Operations Command, and culminating as a Legislative Liaison working to advance US Army personnel policy. Olaf Jorgenson, EdD

Dr. Olaf “Ole” Jorgenson is a school leader and teacher who has supported parents at public and private schools in three states, as well as in Asia, Europe, and Central America. Since 2008, Ole has served as head of school at Almaden Country Day School in San Jose, California. He works closely with parents on a daily basis and is attuned to the prevailing needs, anxieties, and concerns challenging them today, especially in Silicon Valley’s fast-paced environment. Ole speaks and publishes widely in education, across a range of subjects in education and educational leadership, including dozens of conference presentations and journal articles and three previous books. His recent work concerns the impact of excessive academic demands on student wellness. Ole is a field instructor for the Klingenstein Center for Independent School Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University, coaching graduate students; he also sits on the Center’s advisory board. Ole’s parenting expertise was included in The New York Times-bestselling parenting book, How to Raise an Adult: Break Free from the Overparenting Trap and Prepare your Kid for Success, by Julie Lythcott-Haims. Ole lives in San Jose with his wife and daughter, and a small collection of rescued dogs.

Peter Joseph is an American-born social critic and activist who has lectured around the world on the subject of cultural sustainability. Once deemed “The Herald of Occupy Wall St.” for his tacit prediction of inevitable global uprisings against inequality and economic injustice, his extensive media work has been translated into over a 130 languages and experienced by a quarter of a billion people.

Working in concert with numerous NPOs and grassroots organizations, Joseph’s core focus is on socioeconomic structures that undermine progress in the areas of ecological and social justice. He has been featured and profiled in numerous media outlets, including The New York Times, The Huffington Post, Free-Speech TV, TED, and has given over a thousand hours of interviews via radio shows and podcasts in the past decade. Kaela Joseph

Kaela Joseph (they/she) is a licensed clinical psychologist living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area as a program manager, clinic director, and clinical supervisor. Kaela earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a PhD in clinical psychology, with an emphasis in LGBTQ psychology, from Palo Alto University. Kaela has published and presented at professional conferences and Comic-Cons on the topic of fan activism, as well as on fandoms and sexuality. Works by Kaela in these areas can be found in Lynn Zubernis’s book There’ll Be Peace When You Are Done: Actors and Fans Celebrate the Legacy of Supernatural and in April Vian, Melissa Kenedy, and Shani Irvine’s book, CONventional Wisdom: Every Con Has a Story. Kaela also regularly presents on health care equity, systems improvement, and gender-diverse care at professional conferences, as well as in health care settings to clinicians and clinical trainees. Kaela has additionally published in academic journals on the topic of lived experience of mental health challenges among mental health care providers. Kaela attributes much of their own identity development as an activist, as well as their coming out as queer and nonbinary, to participation in fandoms, including many years of taking part in the Greatest International Scavenger Hunt (GISH), which benefits the nonprofit Random Acts and other causes.
