Sean O’Neil is principal owner and CEO of One to One Leadership, a sales and management training and recruitment company. He presents regularly on sales, management, leadership, workplace dynamics, career development, team-building, and communication issues at national and regional conferences. O’Neil has been published or featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Selling Power, Executive Decision, and Incentive Magazine, among others. His clients include the National Basketball Association, Major League Soccer, Oakland Raiders, Royal Bank of Scotland, News Corp., ADP, Shearman & Sterling LLP, Cornell Presbyterian Hospital, and First Data. Sean is a graduate of Duke University’s School of Law and Fuqua School of Business. He lives in Pelham Manor, N.Y., with his wife, Erin, and their four children.
