Dave DeWitt is a writer, editor, and show producer. He is the author or coauthor of more than 30 books and cookbooks, mostly concerning chile peppers and spicy foods. He is the publisher of the Fiery Foods & Barbecue SuperSite, fiery-foods.com, the editor of Fiery Foods & BBQ magazine, and co-producer of the National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show, now in its 19th year. He lives in Albuquerque with his wife Mary Jane and their three Cornish Rex cats and two Dobermans.
